• The item must be returned with all original tags, labels, and packaging
• The item must show no signs of wear, damage, alteration, or misuse

3. Items Not Eligible for Exchange

The following items are non-exchangeable, except in the case of a proven manufacturing defect:

• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
• Items returned without original tags or packaging
• Items purchased during final sale, clearance, or promotional offers clearly marked as non-exchangeable

Items sent without prior approval may be refused and returned to the sender.

5. Exchange Shipping Costs (IMPORTANT)

All exchange shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer, regardless of the reason for exchange.

• AFLETE ATHLETICS does not provide prepaid return labels
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
• We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method, as AFLETE ATHLETICS is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments
  

This applies equally to size exchanges, preference changes, or dissatisfaction not related to product defects.

6. No Returns / No Refunds Policy

AFLETE ATHLETICS does not offer returns or refunds.

Once an order is confirmed and delivered, the only accepted solution (if eligible) is an exchange, subject to this policy.

7. Exchanges (Size / Color)

Exchanges are subject to product availability and follow the same eligibility conditions outlined above.

• Exchange shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer
• If the requested replacement is unavailable, store credit may be offered at our discretion
