If your order has not yet been processed, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order is shipped, changes may no longer be possible.
Shipping times depend on your location. Estimated delivery timelines are shown at checkout once your address is entered.
Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive a confirmation email and WhatsApp message. When your order is handed over to the shipping provider, we’ll send you a tracking link and number via email and WhatsApp, allowing you to follow every step of the delivery process.
AFLETE ATHLETICS does not offer returns or refunds. All purchases are final. However, we do accept exchanges only (size or color) within 7 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with its original tags and packaging. Exchange requests must be approved in advance via WhatsApp, and all shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Exchanges are subject to availability, and if the requested item is out of stock, store credit may be offered at our discretion.
